Dr. Wolfram Eßer is currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science at The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg. They have held various leadership roles in agile processes, including their recent position as Head of Agile Processes, SAFe SPC5, Agile Coach, and Process Manager in the medical device software industry. Previously, they served as Head of Agile Processes & Infrastructure at WSAudiology from 2019 to 2021 and managed mobile and web applications at Method Park Engineering GmbH from 2016 to 2017. Dr. Eßer also has an extensive background with Method Park and the Sivantos Group, where they contributed as a Teamlead and Process Manager.
