Jeannette Westergaard

Jeannette Westergaard is an experienced professional in retail training and development, currently serving as the Director of Retail Training & Development and Head of Commercial Retail Training at WSAudiology since January 2022. Prior to this role, Jeannette held various positions at Novo Nordisk from February 2018 to January 2022, including Senior Digital Learning Lead and Global Digital Learning Specialist. Jeannette's career began at PANDORA from January 2012 to February 2018 as Global Content E-learning Manager, and earlier roles included E-learning SME Consultant at DanskMedieDesign and E-learning Consultant and developer at Easy Learning A/S. Jeannette holds a Master of Science in Information and Learning Technology from IT-Universitetet i København, a Bachelor's degree in Medialogy from Aalborg University, a qualification as a Multimedia Designer from KEA - Københavns Erhvervsakademi, and an educator's degree from Gladsaxeseminariet, Copenhagen.
