Jens Brehm Bagger Nielsen

Jens Brehm Bagger Nielsen has a diverse work experience in various roles related to artificial intelligence (AI) and data science. Jens Brehm Bagger has been with WSAudiology since 2019, initially as the Head of AI and then as the Head of AI Accelerator. In these roles, they have been responsible for leading AI projects and leveraging data and machine learning to create innovative solutions. Jens Brehm Bagger has also given talks and presentations internally and externally.

Before joining WSAudiology, Jens worked at Widex from 2009 to 2019. During this time, they held several positions, including Architect in Data Science and Machine Learning, Tech Lead in Data Science, Technical Project Manager, R&D Engineer, and Industrial PhD student. Jens Brehm Bagger worked on projects focused on personalization of hearing instruments and utilized mathematical modeling approaches, digital signal processing, and psycho-acoustics.

In addition to their roles at WSAudiology and Widex, Jens has also served as a National Advisory Board member at the Pioneer Centre for AI, starting in 2022.

Jens Brehm Bagger Nielsen completed their elementary education at Hyltebjerg from 1990 to 2001. Jens Brehm Bagger then pursued a Matematisk linie at Falkonærgårdens Gymnasium from 2001 to 2004. Jens Brehm Bagger continued their education at DTU - Technical University of Denmark, obtaining a Master of Science in Electronical Engineering from 2004 to 2010. Jens Brehm Bagger further pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Applied Mathematics and Machine Learning at DTU from 2011 to 2013.
