Karolina C. has a strong background in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Human Resources (HR). Karolina currently serves as the Global Head of DEI & Culture at WSAudiology, where they oversee a team of 12,000 colleagues across 130 markets. Prior to this, they held the position of Global Head of DEI at the company. Before joining WSAudiology, Karolina worked as a Diversity & Inclusion Senior Specialist at Nordea and as an HR Business Partner at KPMG Denmark. Karolina also gained experience as an HR Consultant and Executive Assistant to the CEO at Maersk Container Industry and as a Project Assistant in Group Talent Management and Leadership Development at Maersk Group. Karolina has a track record of driving diversity and inclusion initiatives and has developed strong skills in HR, leadership, and commercial areas through various training programs and professional development opportunities.

Karolina C. completed their education at the Copenhagen Business School. Karolina obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Philosophy (HA. fil) in 2013 and later earned a Master's Degree in Cand. soc. Political Communication and Management (Cand.soc. Politisk Kommunikation og Ledelse) in 2016. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Everything DiSC Workplace, OPTO, The Predictive Index (PI) Practitioner, and Hogan Assessments.
