Tobias Theilman

Tobias Theilman is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Head of Mechanical Design for Initial and Special Products at WSA – Wonderful Sound for All since September 2025. Prior to this role, Tobias held positions as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Widex from March 2018 to October 2025 and as a Product Development Engineer at Sonion between October 2014 and February 2018. Early career experiences include serving as a Student Assistant at the Technical University of Denmark's Office for Private & Public Sectors Services from March 2012 to September 2014 and as an Assistant Teacher in Materials Science at DTU Mekanik for a brief period. Tobias holds a Master of Science in Materials and Manufacturing Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark, earned between 2012 and 2014, and a Bachelor’s degree in Product Development & Innovation from the University of Southern Denmark, completed from 2008 to 2011, including a study abroad program at the University of Auckland in 2010.
