Karen Gray

Karen Gray is a seasoned professional in real estate development, currently serving as the Director of Development for WS Development, where leadership is provided in the 33-acre Seaport redevelopment project. Previous experience includes directing student housing development at Greystar, where significant projects were managed from inception to delivery. Prior roles at Ascent involved overseeing complex program management, while at Harvard University, project direction was provided for the Continuum project as part of a campus expansion initiative. Additional expertise was gained through various positions ranging from Senior Developer at the Planning Office for Urban Affairs to Vice President at Fleet Bank, demonstrating a strong foundation in housing finance, project management, and community development. Karen Gray holds a Master of City and Regional Planning/MPP from Harvard University and a Bachelor's degree from Oberlin College.
