Charlotte Connors

Charlotte Connors has a diverse work experience spanning over 12 years. Charlotte started their career at Frodsham Golf Club as a waitress and bar tender, where they focused on maintaining health and safety standards, interacting with customers, and accurately recording transactions. In 2013, they joined Assurant Solutions as a Claims Specialist, a role they held until 2015. Since then, they have been working at WS Transportation, initially as a Payroll and Operations employee, then transitioning to a HR Co-ordinator role, and finally becoming the Human Resources Manager in June 2020.

Charlotte Connors completed their CIPD Qualifications in Human Resources Management and Services from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Policing and Criminal Investigation from Staffordshire University between 2010 and 2013. Before pursuing their bachelor's degree, Charlotte studied Public Services at Mid Cheshire College from 2008 to 2010. Charlotte'sacademic journey began at Helsby High School, where they completed their secondary education from 2003 to 2008.
