Sarah Smith

Sarah Smith is a seasoned multimedia journalist with a diverse range of experience in the news industry. Currently serving as a Multimedia Journalist and News Producer at WSAV-TV since November 2022, Sarah previously worked at Morris Multimedia from January 2021 to November 2022, where roles included Editor, Associate Editor, and Staff Writer for The Journal Sentinel. A brief freelance stint as a journalist at The Claxton Enterprise occurred in late 2020. Earlier experience includes the position of Managing News Editor at The George-Anne from January 2019 to May 2020. Sarah holds a degree in Journalism with a focus on Intermedia/Multimedia from Georgia Southern University, complemented by studies at East Georgia State College.
