Michael Rief

Mike is a Vice President and leads the Construction Services Group. He has more than 27 years of experience in civil engineering, with an emphasis on pavements and materials, pavement management, quality management, project management, design, risk assessment, project controls, contract administration, construction, preventive maintenance, planning, education, and technical team supervision. Mike has managed several complexes, and high-profile projects throughout Minnesota.

Through Mike’s leadership, the Construction Services Group has grown tremendously both in staff and service offerings.
