Monica Heil

Monica is the Vice President of Municipal Services and has been serving Minnesota communities for over 15 years. She leads the delivery of the Municipal Services in the Upper Midwest market, developing technical expertise, improving project management processes and creating efficiency among the teams. Her experience managing projects from beginning through construction allows her to see how final design decisions impact an agency’s system, and how she must proactively develop communication strategies to keep project stakeholders informed.
