Howard Dee Smith

Howard Dee Smith is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Winnsboro State Bank since January 2019. Prior to this, Howard held the position of President & CEO at WSB Winnsboro State Bank starting from October 2015. With a background in banking and lending, Howard also served as the SVP Senior Lender at WSB. Before joining Winnsboro State Bank, Howard was the Frankln Parish Market President at Progressive Bank. Howard began his career as a Loan Officer at Louisiana Land Bank, ACA, and later worked as a Sales Representative at Helena Chemical Company. Howard obtained his education from LSU Graduate School of Banking, Northeast Louisiana University, and Sicily Island High School.
