Paola Girdinio

Paola Girdinio is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various governance and academic roles. Currently, Paola serves as a board member for multiple organizations, including Gruppo Iren, Ansaldo Nuclear, WSENSE, and Ansaldo Energia, among others. Paola also holds the title of Chair for the Competence Center for the Security of Strategic Digital Infrastructures at START 4.0, and has been a full professor at the University of Genoa since 1983. Additionally, Paola has held past board positions at Banca Popolare di Bari and Fondazione Carige, as well as at Enel. Paola's academic credentials include a degree in Physics from the University of Genoa, completed between 1975 and 1980.
