Candice Caruso

Candice Caruso is an accomplished financial services executive with extensive experience in business and consumer banking. Currently serving as SVP and Chief Business Banking Officer at WSFS Bank since August 2018, Candice focuses on providing tailored solutions for businesses in the region. Previously, Candice held multiple senior leadership roles at WSFS Bank, including SVP and Chief Consumer Lending Officer and SVP, Director of Government Guaranteed Lending, where responsibilities encompassed managing SBA funding and other lending programs for small businesses. Prior to joining WSFS Bank, Candice was President of Pango Financial and held various leadership positions at Convergence Group, BeneTrends, Inc., and Ascensus. Candice began their career as a Third Party Administrator and Office Manager at Benefit TechGroup Inc. Candice holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from Philadelphia University.
