Cathy Bray Krauss

Cathy Bray Krauss has extensive work experience in the technology and project management field. Cathy currently holds the position of VP and Head of Technology Project Management at WSFS Bank since May 2021.

Prior to their current role, Cathy worked at Vanguard for several years. Cathy held various managerial positions, including PMO Senior Manager in the Office of the General Counsel, where they led a team in delivering a $16 million technology portfolio and served as Program Manager for enterprise regulatory initiatives. Cathy also held roles such as Business Technology Senior Manager, Change Management Manager, Product Owner Manager, and Business Technology Manager within the Investment Management Division at Vanguard.

Cathy's experience reflects a strong background in overseeing technology projects, managing teams, and driving change within organizations.

Cathy Bray Krauss holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Penn State University, where they studied Speech Communication with a minor in Business. In addition to their degree, they have obtained two certifications. In 2017, Cathy received the CFA Institute Investment Foundations™ certificate from the CFA Institute. Most recently, in November 2023, they became a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner through Prosci.
