Deb Persia

Deb Persia has extensive experience in the banking industry, currently serving as an AVP and Portfolio Manager in Business Banking at WSFS Bank since August 2016, following the merger with Penn Liberty Bank. Prior to this role, Deb held various positions at Penn Liberty Bank, including Assistant Vice President in Commercial Banking and Client Services Manager, focusing on small business loans and customer support. Experience also includes roles at Progress Bank, Advanta, and PSFS/Meritor Savings Bank, where responsibilities varied from mortgage servicing to portfolio management. Deb is an alumna of La Salle University.
