Jamal Pecou

Jamal Pecou is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in threat intelligence and data security. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President and Cyber Threat Intelligence Manager at WSFS Bank since October 2012, Jamal leads a comprehensive threat intelligence program aimed at protecting the organization from various cyber threats. Previous roles at WSFS Bank include Assistant Vice President and Sr. Data Security Analyst, where responsibilities included architecting a Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solution and managing security personnel. Additionally, Jamal has served as a Consultant/Owner at JP Technology Services and worked as a Sr. Security Analyst at Deloitte, providing incident response and security event analysis. Early career experiences include roles at CSC as a Network Security Engineer and Network Security Analyst. Jamal holds a Master’s of Science in Homeland Security with a focus on Information Assurance from Wilmington University, along with a B.S. in Computer Information Systems specializing in Network Security from Strayer University.
