John Clatworthy has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1994 as an Advertising Director at the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce. In 1997, they joined WSFS Bank, where they held various roles including Senior Vice President of Client Services and currently serves as SVP and Chief Customer and Strategy Officer at Cash Connect, a division of WSFS Bank.

John Clatworthy attended the University of Delaware from 1988 to 1992, where they studied Marketing & Finance and pursued a minor in International Business. John then went on to Regent University from 1992 to 1994, earning an MBA with a focus on Entrepreneurship.
