Kristy McLaughlin

Kristy McLaughlin, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resource management. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at WSFS Bank since June 2016, Kristy has progressed through various roles, including Talent Acquisition Partner and Specialist, and began as a Human Capital Management Intern. Prior to joining WSFS Bank, Kristy was the President of Delta Zeta Sorority and completed a Human Sigma and Learning Internship at WSFS Bank. Kristy holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor’s Degree with double majors in Human Resource Management and General Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
