Matthew Webb

Matthew Webb currently serves as the VP Senior Wealth Compliance Officer at WSFS Bank, overseeing the development of a second line of defense function for national trust and related business areas. Prior experience includes a tenure at Capital One, where roles varied from Manager of Cyber Risk & Analysis to Risk Manager and Compliance Advisor, focusing on risk assessments, mitigation plans, and regulatory compliance. Matthew began a career in banking as a Bank Examiner for the Delaware Office of the Bank Commissioner, evaluating the financial health of various institutions. Earlier experience includes positions at Bank of America and MBNA, where marketing strategies and eCommerce initiatives were paramount. Matthew holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and HR Management from Wilmington University and a Bachelor's degree in English with a History minor from Washington College.
