Rebecca Stipdonk

Rebecca Stipdonk is an accomplished banking and membership relations professional with extensive experience in consumer banking, program management, and community engagement. Currently serving as Vice President and Consumer Banking Sales Strategy Lead at WSFS Bank since September 2015, Rebecca previously held the role of Assistant Vice President and Senior Program Manager. Prior to this, Rebecca was the Director of Member Relations at the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce, where responsibilities included developing membership opportunities and engaging with business leaders. Additional experience includes roles at PNC as Branch Manager/Vice President and at TD as Store Manager/Assistant Vice President, focused on business development and team leadership. Rebecca began their career as an Educational Sales Representative at Penn State University, successfully managing corporate education needs. Rebecca holds a BA in Literature from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
