Robert Palumbo

Robert Palumbo, MBA, L6σMBB, CPBPM, PMP, currently serves as the VP - Process Improvement and Automation Manager at WSFS Bank, where responsibilities include the development of the Delivery Transformation program focused on process improvement and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Previous roles include Operational Excellence Director at EDA Contractors, Inc., where Robert implemented lean and six sigma methodologies, and Process Improvement Leader at AAA Club Alliance, where Robert established a national process improvement organization.
