Charuka Thathsarani

Charuka Thathsarani is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as Associate Director of People Operations at WSO2 since May 2018. Prior roles at WSO2 include Lead Human Resources and Administration and Associate Lead Human Resources and Administration. Before joining WSO2, Charuka Thathsarani was Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Cinnamon Grand Colombo from October 2014 to April 2018 and held positions at John Keells Holdings PLC, where responsibilities included Head of HR-Centre Functions and Executive in Learning and Development from May 2011 to October 2014. Charuka Thathsarani holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Colombo.
