Nilan Vagh

Nilan Vagh has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and people operations. Starting in 2010, they began as an intern at the Public Relations Institute of Australia. In 2011, they worked as a Graduate Accountant at PwC, focusing on audit work. From 2012 to 2016, Nilan served as the Group Team Leader Human Resources at Danam (Fiji) Limited. Nilan then joined Bank Australia as a People & Culture Consultant in 2016, where they provided generalist P&C advice and support. From 2017 to 2019, Nilan held roles at OpenTable and KAYAK, including HR Generalist APAC and Global HR Project Manager. Nilan then joined Trigger Group in 2021 as the Director of People & Culture, responsible for building a strong People Function. In 2022, Nilan worked as the Head of People Operations & Partnering at Lendi Group before moving to their current role as the Senior Manager, Global People Operations at Zip Co, where they focus on providing fair and seamless payment solutions.
