Alexander Chang

Alexander Chang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project controls, cost estimation, and scheduling across a range of sectors, particularly within the construction and engineering industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Scheduling at WSP, Alexander previously held the position of Principal Management Consultant at Arcadis, where responsibilities included leading cost estimation for the New York MTA Capital Program. With a background that encompasses roles such as Forensic Claim Consultant at Nautilus Consulting, Project Controls Manager at Halcrow/CH2M Hill, and Senior Principal Engineer at Hazen and Sawyer, Alexander has developed a robust skill set in forensic schedule analysis, project issue management, and cost estimation techniques. Alexander holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Columbia Engineering, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Math/Applied Mechanics from Queens College.
