Alyse Wilkinson

Alyse Wilkinson serves as the Director of Global Legal Operations at WSP Global Inc. since April 2021, following a significant tenure at Golder as Associate and Director of Contracts from May 2007 until its acquisition by WSP. Alyse has extensive experience in employment law, dispute matters, and contract negotiations exceeding $180M, focusing on high-risk contract arrangements in the construction and consulting sectors. Additionally, Alyse contributed as a Committee Member for the Canadian Construction Documents Committee, representing the Association of Consulting Engineering Companies - Canada from December 2019 to July 2021. Early career experience includes serving as a Research Contracts Administrator at Simon Fraser University, where responsibilities involved negotiating research contracts and managing related risks. Educational qualifications include certificates in Risk Management and Construction Law from York University, alongside studies at Simon Fraser University and the University of the Fraser Valley.
