Arianna P. Gonzalez G. is an experienced Senior Geotechnical Engineer with a strong background in operations support for tailings and dam wall management at WSP since June 2019, leading geotechnical efforts for major mining projects. Previously, Arianna held positions as Field Manager at WOOD, overseeing tailings dam projects, and as Senior Geotechnical Engineer at Ausenco, managing geotechnical exploration campaigns. With a diverse professional history, Arianna has also contributed to project management and business analysis in various roles, including positions at Golder, AQUAMI Consultores, and the Universidad Central de Venezuela as a professor. Educational qualifications include an MBA Executive and International MBA from FUNDESEM Business School and a Master’s in Geotechnics from Universidad Simón Bolívar.
