Barry Biggs

Barry Biggs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public health engineering and project management. Serving as the Technical Director and Professional Head of the Public Health Engineering Team at Parsons Brinckerhoff Ltd since December 1988, Barry has also held roles as Design Manager and Technical Director at WSP Parsons Brinckerhoff, contributing to major projects such as the 18km Fehmarnbelt Link tunnel. Prior project management roles included fire safety works at the Palace of Westminster and managing mechanical and public health designs at London Heathrow Airport's Terminal 2B. Barry's background in engineering includes a degree in Public Health Engineering and Building Construction from the Polytechnic of South Bank. Currently enjoying retirement, Barry's career reflects a strong commitment to infrastructure and design excellence.
