Charles-Olivier started their career as a lawyer at Heenan Blaikie LLP in 2001. Charles-Olivier later joined SNC-Lavalin in 2007 as the Vice President, Commercial and Risk. In May 2019, they joined Just For Laughs / Juste pour rire as the Vice President & General Counsel.

Charles-Olivier has a wealth of experience in commercial and risk management. Charles-Olivier is a strategic thinker and an excellent communicator. Charles-Olivier is a strong leader and motivator, with a proven track record in building and leading successful teams.
