Daniel Chauhan is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in structural engineering and technical leadership. Currently serving as Technical Director at WSP since April 2020, Daniel has held various roles including Associate Director and Principal Structural Engineer. Prior experience at AECOM from 2013 to 2020 includes positions from Principal Structural Engineer to Graduate Engineer. Additionally, Daniel contributed as a Delegate Volunteer for World Merit, focusing on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and sustainable infrastructure. As the founder of Rwenzori Hydro, Daniel initiated projects to provide off-grid electricity in rural Uganda, directly benefiting numerous homes, businesses, and schools. Earlier, Daniel was involved in an engineering education scheme with the Royal Academy of Engineering, working to enhance production efficiency at GE. Daniel holds a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Warwick.
