Eva Chan-Hu

Eva Chan-Hu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project controls and risk management within the engineering sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at WSP since May 2023, Eva previously held significant roles at Jacobs, including Deputy Commercial Manager and Risk Manager for the LIRR 3rd Track Project, where responsibilities encompassed risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies. Prior to Jacobs, Eva was a Senior Consultant and PPP Advisor at CH2M HILL, providing technical advisory services for various infrastructure projects in the USA and Mexico. Previous experience includes a consultancy role at Halcrow and engineering positions at the Works Bureau of the Hong Kong Government, demonstrating a solid foundation in civil and structural engineering. Eva holds an MSc in Finance & Management from Cranfield School of Management and dual degrees in Civil & Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
