Frank Arcese

Frank Arcese is a seasoned Capital Projects Business Leader for North and South America in the mining sector, currently at WSP since 2025. With forty years of experience in project and construction management, they have previously held significant roles at Rio Tinto, where they managed the Rincon Lithium Project in Argentina and led a major coal-fired power plant project in Mongolia. Frank also contributed as a Project Sponsor/Director for a copper project in Chile and held key positions at Parsons Brinckerhoff, Bechtel Corporation, and Fluor Corporation. They earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1984.
