Hardip Kartar

Hardip Kartar is an experienced director with significant expertise in infrastructure and rail management, having held leadership roles at WSP, 360 Engineering Consultancy, and ROSHN l روشن. In addition to directing infrastructure projects, Hardip Kartar served as the Head of Rail at Opus International and as a Programme Manager for High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd. Hardip Kartar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Dundee and has pursued further education in International Commercial Arbitration through the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators since 2016.
