Joseph Choi is currently the Senior Director of Ports & Infrastructure at Crowley and has recently held the position of Vice President - Maritime New England at WSP. Joseph's extensive experience in engineering began as a Mechanical Engineer at Electric Boat and evolved through roles at Halcrow and CH2M HILL as a Structural Engineer and then Senior Engineer, where notable work included structural inspections and asset management. After serving as Project Manager at Moffatt & Nichol from 2015 to 2021, Joseph has combined a strong educational background with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester and a Master's in Civil Engineering from Columbia University.
