Joshua Aves

Joshua Aves is an experienced spatial data scientist currently serving as an Associate Spatial Data Scientist at WSP since January 2024. Prior to this role, Aves worked as a Principal GIS Consultant at Arcadis from January 2023 to April 2024 and held various positions at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff in the UK, including Principal Remote Sensing Specialist and GIS Analyst, beginning in March 2016. Aves' career includes experience as a GIS Analyst at Bluesky International Limited and as a Break Press Operator at SPG Ltd. Aves earned a BSc(Hons) in Applied Geology from the University of Plymouth between 2010 and 2013. In current work, Aves focuses on data generation and analysis within the smart consulting team, alongside business development efforts aimed at enhancing process efficiency and automation.
