Kate Iverson Reid

Kate Iverson Reid is a seasoned professional in the fields of law and architecture, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Advisory Services - Transaction and Delivery Strategy at WSP since February 2024. Prior to this role, Kate held the position of Vice President and Senior Counsel at Renewable Energy Systems Americas Inc. from August 2019 to February 2024, and served as Director of Real Estate for the Denver International Airport from April 2017 to August 2019. Kate's extensive experience includes management roles in transit-oriented development and real estate, as well as legal positions at the Regional Transportation District and Otten Johnson Robinson Neff + Ragonetti. An interim Executive Director at the Rocky Mountain Land Use Institute, Kate also has a strong background in architecture, having worked as a Project Architect at OZ Architecture and in various design roles earlier in her career. Kate holds a JD from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law, an M Arch from Yale University, and a BA with honors in Art History from Williams College.
