Patrick R. Gallagher

Patrick R. Gallagher, PE, SE, is currently the Bridge Project Manager at WSP and has extensive experience in structural engineering, particularly in bridge design. They previously held roles at various organizations, including the Washington State Department of Transportation, where they focused on highway bridge and transportation structure design, and as the Owner/President of Gallagher Engineering Inc. They earned a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering from Washington State University. Throughout their career, Gallagher has contributed significantly to projects across the United States, developing their expertise in bridge design and project management.
