Paul Byron is currently a Technical Director at WSP, where they lead technical and project management efforts on strategic modeling, demand forecasting, and appraisal studies. Previously, they served as a Principal Consultant at Sir Alexander Gibb & Partners from 1989 to 2001 and as an Associate Director at Jacobs from 2001 to 2016. Paul earned an MSc in Transport Studies from Cranfield University and a BSc in Geography from the University of Liverpool, achieving a 2:1 degree.
