Pedro Marcano

Pedro Marcano is a seasoned Senior Process Engineer with extensive experience in various industries, including energy, bioreactors, and petrochemicals. Currently employed at WSP since November 2022, Pedro participates in the Ultium CAM Project focused on EV battery production. Previous roles include Senior Global Services Engineer at LanzaTech, specializing in carbon recycling technology, and Senior Process Engineer at Loop Industries, where contributions included optimizing process areas for recycling projects. Educational qualifications include a Chemical Engineering degree from Universidad Central de Venezuela and specialized training in renewable energy, project management, and hydrogen processes. Pedro has also obtained certifications in Six Sigma and hazardous material training.
