Saleh Mousa

Saleh Mousa, Ph.D., PE, PTOE, serves as a Technical Advisor at ARPA-E, focusing on innovative energy technologies for connected and automated vehicles. In parallel, Saleh works as a Data Scientist and Lead Technical Specialist at Booz Allen Hamilton, providing analytical support for transportation teams tackling complex challenges in emerging technology and cybersecurity. Saleh also holds a position as an ITS Expert at the Texas Department of Transportation, offering traffic simulation and safety guidance on various projects. In addition to these roles, Saleh has a background in academia, having taught and conducted research at Louisiana State University and the German University in Cairo. With an extensive educational foundation comprising a Ph.D. from Louisiana State University and master's and bachelor's degrees from Cairo University in Transportation and Highway Engineering, Saleh has tutored individuals in machine learning through a popular YouTube channel aimed at the Middle Eastern audience.
