Shailja Bisht

Shailja Bisht is a Senior Consultant specializing in Heritage & Archaeology at WSP since September 2021. Previously, Shailja served as a Senior Conservation Architect at the Indian National Trust for Art and Cultural Heritage (INTACH) from 2017 to 2021, where notable projects included the restoration plans for the Allahabad High Court and the Rambha Palace, as well as initiatives for the conservation of the Yamuna Floodplains and heritage sites in Lucknow. Shailja's earlier experience includes consultancy in heritage and conservation for the Municipal Corporation, working on Mewar architecture documentation, and serving as a Conservation Architect at DRONAH, focusing on significant sites like Zawar Mines and the City Palace in Udaipur. Shailja's educational background includes a Master of Architecture in Architectural Conservation from CEPT University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur.
