Thomas Leroux

Thomas LeRoux is an OSHA-certified safety representative with extensive experience in tunnel and mining safety, specializing in the use of high explosives. Since September 2010, LeRoux has worked at Parsons Brinckerhoff, focusing on safety for significant projects such as the Devils Slide and Caldecott tunnels, where his expertise in gassy conditions and explosives management played a critical role in ensuring zero serious incidents. Prior to this, LeRoux served as a safety consultant at RGA Environmental, Inc., and as a superintendent at NCB, holding multiple licenses and certifications in blasting and tunnel safety. LeRoux's solid educational background includes training in high explosives and safety practices at West Hills College Coalinga.
