Toni Hands

Toni Hands has extensive experience in management and human resources within the cinema industry and project management. From 2003 to 2010, Toni worked at Odeon Cinemas as a Cinema HR Manager, overseeing all HR functions, and later as a Regional IT System Coordinator, providing training on new retail systems across the organization. Since 2010, Toni has held the position of General Manager at Empire Cinemas, responsible for the operations of a four-screen cinema, while simultaneously serving as an Assistant Project Leader and Project Support Officer at the House of Commons since October 2020. Additionally, Toni has gained project management experience at WSP and RFL Property Services Ltd. Toni holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Sussex.
