Jim Budge

Jim is a Partner in the firm’s audit and advisory practice and has been in public accounting for over twenty-five years. He leads WSRP’s Private Equity Practice. He joined WSRP after having worked many years with firms specializing in the audits of SEC reporting companies including KPMG. Jim is experienced in private equity, venture capital, healthcare, and manufacturing. He specializes in financial statement audits, forensic accounting, internal audits, and operational efficiency consulting.
