Ngoc Vuong

Ngoc Vuong is a School Board Member and Candidate for USD 259 Board of Education with experience in research, teaching, community mobilization, and advisory roles. Ngoc has been involved in various initiatives focused on student success, mental health, substance use prevention, and civil rights advocacy. Graduating with a degree in Psychology, Public Health, and Economics, Ngoc is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Community Psychology.
