Wayne Carter is a seasoned facilities management professional with extensive experience in building and grounds operations. Currently serving as the Building & Grounds Assistant Supervisor at WSWHE BOCES since December 2018, Wayne previously worked as a Facilities Maintenance Specialist at Ayco, a Goldman Sachs Company from February 2005 to December 2018. Prior roles include Automated Truckdriver at County Waste and Shipping Manager at Quad Graphics, where responsibilities included forklift operations and shipping management. Wayne began a career in operations as a Heavy Equipment Operator in the United States Marine Corps. Educated at Stillwater Middle School High School with a diploma in Mathematics, Wayne is currently pursuing an Associate of Arts and Sciences in School Facilities Management at Mohawk Valley Community College.
