Shannon Navarro

Shannon Navarro has a diverse work experience in the sales and customer service field. Shannon began their career at WT Cox Subscriptions as a Title Information Specialist in February 2001, and later worked as a Customer Service Representative from November 2001 to December 2002. In February 2001, Shannon also joined WT Cox Information Services as a Regional Sales Director-Outside Sales, where they developed and implemented sales strategies in 12 states. Shannon transitioned to become a full-time Regional Sales Director with their own territory in January 2013, setting up appointments and meeting with libraries independently. From April 2011 to December 2012, they worked as the Director of Inside Sales, Major Accounts-North America, focusing on major library accounts across the nation and providing training and presentations. Shannon also held the role of Regional Director of Inside Sales from January 2003 to March 2010.

Shannon Navarro attended Brunswick Community College from 1997 to 1999, and Pender High School from 1990 to 1993. Shannon did not obtain a degree or major in any specific field of study during their time at either institution. In addition to their formal education, Shannon Navarro obtained the Duolingo Spanish Fluency: Beginner (Estimated) certification from Duolingo in September 2015.
