Jose Davila

Jose Davila, PE has a strong background in civil engineering and project management, with experience in infrastructure projects and public-private partnerships. Jose has held various roles in companies like WT, HNTB, VINCI Concessions, AECOM, and URS Corporation, as well as the Illinois Department of Transportation. Jose holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico.
