Johan Coetzer

Johan Coetzer, CA(SA), currently holds the position of Head of Technology & Operations Project Manager at WTax, where responsibilities encompass managing Class Actions and ADR businesses since October 2021. Prior to this, Johan served as a Tech Product Owner and as a CA Entrepreneurship Trainee at VAT IT within the WTax rotation, focusing on process standardization, investigations, and various analyses for the Managing Directors across multiple global offices. Johan's earlier experience includes significant contributions to VAT audits and the implementation of IFRS 16 for office leases at VAT IT, complemented by bookkeeping support. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting Sciences and a B.Com in Chartered Accountancy from North-West University, along with a National Senior Certificate from Hoërskool Nelspruit.
