Gary Gleason has extensive work experience in sales and management roles in the cycling industry. Gary began their career at WTB (Wilderness Trail Bikes) in 1993, starting as a Production Assistant before progressing to Eastern Regional Sales and Interim Sales Manager positions. In these roles, they were responsible for establishing and maintaining business relationships, presenting sales programs and promotions, and ensuring sustainable profit margins. From 1995 to 2001, Gleason served as a Sales Manager at WTB, overseeing distributor accounts, sales rep groups, and national retailer accounts. Gary also played a key role in price and profit management. After a brief stint as a Licensed Commercial Real Estate Agent at Keegan and Coppin Inc., Gleason returned to WTB in 2002. Gary held positions such as National Sales Manager, Director of Sales, and Director of Global Sales before becoming Vice President of Sales in 2020. Gary Gleason obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Sonoma State University from 1997 to 2000. The degree emphasized sales, marketing, and finance, with an emphasis on business development. Prior to attending Sonoma State University, Gary attended Santa Barbara City College from 1990 to 1993 for general undergraduate studies. Gary completed their high school education at Sir Francis Drake High School from 1987 to 1990. In addition to their formal education, Gary also obtained CPR certification in February 2016.
