MJ has over 12 years of experience in the fields of Telecommunications, Process Automation, Market Research and Analytics, Blockchain, and Sports and eSports. Manish started their career in 2009 as a Key Account Manager at Vesat Solutions, where they were responsible for bagging projects in the Industrial and Process Automation sector. In 2012, MJ joined Halston Software as a Technical Sales Engineer and Sr. Manager- Sales, Presales and Bids. Here, they were responsible for the solutioning and bid management of products and solutions to manage, monitor, and control RF assets from the NOC. In 2018, MJ worked at Yellow.com as Partnerships & Alliances Leader, where they were entrusted with the formulation of marketing, sales strategy, planning, distribution, execution, and successful achievement of targets for Yellow Corp's incubatees. Also in 2018, they co-founded fhili and served as Head of Marketing & Partnerships. In 2019, MJ joined Cygnus International as Director - Sales, BD, Service support and Partnerships, providing CAMC related services to key accounts across Satcom vertical. In 2020, they became the Head of Marketing and Partnerships at Fando, leading the gamut of activities across Marketing, Partnerships, and Business expansion. Most recently, in 2021, MJ began working at Kratos Defense and Security Solutions as Sales & Support (IND, SL, BAN).

MJ completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai between 2004 and 2008. Manish also completed a Technical Paper Presentation in Mobile Networks from COEP Technological University. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Certificate in Mathematics and Computer Science from Central Board of Secondary Education in 2003-2004. Manish also has an online course in Indian & Tibetan River of Buddhism from edX in Humanities/Humanistic Studies.
